• Who makes the garments? Where are they made?

          As a Slow Fashion brand ever garment is made with intention by one woman and her sewing machine. That one woman is me. I hand cut, sew, press and package every garment with love from my living room.

 

• Do you offer custom orders?

          Yes I do! I love creating one of a kind garments that are tailor made to you. All custom order requests should be sent to duchxfashion@gmail.com with the email title: "Custom Order Request". In the email please state the custom order you wish to be made and give details as to the type of fabric, colours, and fit that you are looking for. 

          *Please note that all custom orders begin at a starting price of $150 USD and are subject to change based on design, time, and fabric selection.

          *Please note, all custom orders will taken and processed in the order that they are received and will be based off of the current volume of orders. I reserve the right to close custom order requests based off of current order volume.

 

• How long do custom order take to make and ship?

          All custom orders (garments and crocheted goods) have a processing time of 4-5 weeks in which time the garments/crocheted good is made and then shipped out.

          All orders are shipped through USPS First-Class Priority Shipping. DuchXFashion is NOT responsible for you order once it is placed in the postal system. Shipping delays can occur through the USPS postal system that DuchXFashion cannot control and is not responsible for.

          International shipping times very and may take longer to get to you.

• What are the shipping times for ready-to-ship orders?

          All ready-to-ship garments are packaged and shipped out 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Custom made-to-order garments are shipped out 4-5 weeks after the order is placed.

• How do I check the size of a garment?

          All garments have full measurements placed in the description of the item. All measurements are taken in Inches. Please check your measurements before purchasing as each garment is made in a specific size.
